A Brief History
I am a registered osteopath with over 30 years of experience as an osteopath. I have worked with a diverse range of patients, including athletes, the elderly, and families. During my time in Devon, I developed a strong partnership with local midwives, focusing on treating unsettled babies through cranial osteopathy—a gentle technique that can help alleviate some of the retained trauma from difficult births.

Mission Statement
I warmly welcome patients seeking treatment for a variety of musculoskeletal issues. While my primary focus is to alleviate pain
and discomfort—whether resulting from accidents, trauma, or wear and tear—I also believe in empowering individuals with knowledge and understanding. My goal is to help patients prevent future recurrences and maximize their physical potential. This may involve recommending targeted exercises or personalized maintenance plans that best suit each individual.
With many years of experience collaborating with bodyworkers, nutritionists, homeopaths, and acupuncturists, I can provide valuable advice on holistic approaches that promote significant health benefits and support overall well-being.
